2. Client Responsibilities
To provide our services effectively, clients may be required to provide:

- Access to relevant advertising accounts and platforms
- Website or ecommerce access where required
- Product information and pricing
- Brand assets, logos, images, and other materials
- Timely feedback and approvals
- Any other information reasonably required to complete the project
Clients are responsible for ensuring that information and materials they provide are accurate and that they have the necessary rights to use those materials.
Delays caused by missing information, account access, approvals, or client feedback may affect project timelines.
3. Advertising Results
We use professional strategies, testing, optimization, and data-driven decision-making to improve advertising performance.
However, Foysal Ads does not guarantee specific advertising results, including a particular ROAS, revenue amount, number of sales, CPA, conversion rate, or profit.
Advertising performance can be affected by factors outside our control, including:
- Market conditions
- Competition
- Product demand
- Pricing
- Website performance
- Customer behavior
- Advertising platform changes
- Tracking and attribution limitations
- Account restrictions
- Changes made by Meta or other third-party platforms
Any results, case studies, testimonials, or performance examples displayed on our Website are examples of previous client outcomes and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of future results.
4. Third-Party Platforms

Clients remain responsible for complying with the terms and policies of platforms used for their business.
5. Fees and Payments
All service fees will be communicated to the client before work begins.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.
- Work may begin only after the required payment or deposit has been received.
- Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
- Late payments may result in the suspension of services.
- Third-party costs, advertising spend, software subscriptions, hosting fees, or other external expenses are generally the client’s responsibility unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
6. Scope of Work and Revisions
The scope of each project will be agreed upon before work begins.
Requests outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and may require additional fees or a revised timeline.
For creative and design projects, the number of included revisions will be determined by the applicable agreement or proposal.
Client feedback should be provided within a reasonable timeframe to avoid delays.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final creative assets specifically created for and fully paid for by the client may be transferred to the client upon completion of the project.
Foysal Ads retains ownership of:
- Internal processes
- Strategies and frameworks
- Templates
- Systems
- Methodologies
- Unused concepts
- Working files not included in the agreed deliverables
- Pre-existing intellectual property
Payment of a project does not automatically transfer ownership of Foysal Ads’ proprietary systems, processes, frameworks, or internal methodologies.
8. Client Materials
Clients retain ownership of materials they provide to us, including logos, photographs, brand assets, product information, and other intellectual property.
By providing these materials, the client confirms that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use them and authorize Foysal Ads to use them for the purpose of providing the agreed services.
9. Portfolio and Marketing Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Foysal Ads may display completed work, publicly available campaign results, brand names, screenshots, designs, or project descriptions in its portfolio, website, social media, presentations, and marketing materials.
If a client requires confidentiality or does not want their work used for promotional purposes, this should be agreed upon in writing.
10. Confidentiality
We will make reasonable efforts to keep confidential business information provided by clients confidential.
Confidential information may include business strategies, financial information, customer information, advertising data, account information, and other non-public business information.
This obligation does not apply to information that:
- Is publicly available
- Was already known to us lawfully
- Becomes publicly available without our fault
- Is required to be disclosed by law

- The client engages in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct
Upon termination, the client remains responsible for any outstanding fees for services already provided or work already completed.
15. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are subject to our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy and the specific agreement between Foysal Ads and the client.
Where a service has already been performed or work has already been delivered, fees may not be refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law.
16. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our Website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or malicious activities.
You must not use our Website to:
- Violate applicable laws
